When are you available?

I am available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 16.00 - 18.00 hrs and Saturday from 10.00 - 13.00 hrs for private therapeutic counselling. I am available Monday and Friday to work in schools

Are the counselling sessions confidential?

Yes. All sessions are confidential. Confidentiality is only broken when it is considered that a client would harm him or herself, or others, or break the law. Confidentiality is only broken with the client's knowledge. The client's permission is sought if it is considered that other agencies (e.g. Social Services) need to become involved.

Are parents/teachers informed?

No. Parents or teachers or any other adults are informed only with the client's permission, following the confidentiality rules.

What happens if I do not turn up to a session?

You need to contact me 24 hours before cancelling a session otherwise it must be paid for.

Is it possible for parents or teachers or other adults to join?

Only with permission from the client and when it is deemed suitable.
